01Who we are

Accounting Case Lab (AccountingCaseLab.com) is operated by Lynch & Associates SAC, Peru. For any privacy question, write to info@accountingcaselab.com.

02What we collect

• Free case and newsletter. Your first name, email address, the language of the page you signed up from (English or Spanish), which form you used, the page, the date and your consent. Our email provider also records the IP address and time of your confirmation.
• Purchases. Payments are handled by our checkout provider. We receive your name, email address and what you bought. We never see or store your full card details.
• Language preference. If you switch between English and Spanish, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage). It is not sent to us.

03Why we use it

• To send you the free case and the emails you asked for, in your language. Legal basis: your consent.
• To deliver the cases you buy and handle support or refunds. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To keep the site and mailing list secure and prevent abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

04Who processes it for us

• MailerLite: email list and newsletters.
• Payhip: checkout, payment and file delivery.
• Hostinger: website hosting.
• Google Fonts: the site's typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, they rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

05How long we keep it

Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted periodically. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

06Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. To exercise these rights, write to info@accountingcaselab.com. We process personal data in line with applicable data protection laws, including the EU/UK GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Law of Peru (Law No. 29733), where our company is established. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country or to Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

07Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

08Children

Accounting Case Lab is intended for students and professionals aged 16 and over.

09Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced by email to subscribers.
