Refund Policy

We want every case to be worth its price. Here is when a refund applies.

01Before you download

If you haven’t downloaded the files yet, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

02Faulty files or duplicate purchases

If a file is damaged, incomplete or doesn’t open, or you were charged twice, we’ll send a working file or refund you. Write to us within 14 days of purchase.

03After you download

Because cases are digital products delivered instantly, purchases are final once the files have been downloaded, except in the situations above.

04How to ask

Email info@accountingcaselab.com with your order number and the email you used at checkout. We reply within two working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
